Accounts Receivable/Customer Service Associate
Thomaston Place Auction Galleries, Maine’s leading auction house, has an opening for an Accounts Receivable/Customer Service associate. The ideal candidate must have at least two years of Accounts Receivable experience, excellent communication and multitasking skills, a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
This position will deal directly with customers, via phone, in person, and through written communication. Responsibilities include invoicing customers, recording payments, collections, and processing of incoming phone calls.
Qualifications: Minimum of two years’ experience in bookkeeping and office management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is required. Must be able to work auction weekends.
