TO REGISTER TO BID IN PERSON (Floor Bidder). You must register at our front desk. Registration is open from the Monday prior to the auction through the end of the auction. Seats may be reserved by calling our gallery prior to the auction. All bidders must provide a valid driver’s license or other form of identification. The buyer’s premium for floor bidders is 17 percent.

TO REGISTER TO BID BY PHONE OR ABSENTEE: You may bid by phone or leave an absentee bid that will be exercised by a Thomaston Place Auction Galleries’ representative. To bid by phone or to leave an absentee bid, you must fill out our Phone/Absentee Bidder registration form online or you may download a PDF and return the completed form by mail, email or fax. Once we have received your registration, you will be called to verify your phone number and/or to provide a credit card number. You will receive an email confirmation of your registration. If we do not a have a credit card number, your registration is not complete. You also may call us at 207-354-8141 and we would be happy to register you over the phone. All registration forms must be received no later than noon on the day preceding the auction. Bid forms received the day of the auction MAY NOT BE PROCESSED. The buyer’s premium for phone and absentee bidders is 17 percent.
